What you'll do
- Directly report to Production Manager in Silicones and Epoxides department
- Production management in compliance with time and quality requirements
- Optimisation of production processes
- Industrialization of new products and start-ups
- Organization of teams and production department
- Implementation of strategic projects to increase plant efficiency and productivity
- Implementation of the LEAN methodology within the production department
What makes you a good fit
- Master's Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
- 2/3 years experience is mandatory
- Good English level
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Autocad knowledge is nice-to-have
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Results-oriented and great spirit of teamworking
